There are a lot of bloggers out there publishing how to make DIY collodial oats but they are not truly colloidal. Merely grinding oatmeal and calling it colloidal oats does not make it so. Colloidal oats should remain in suspension with no fall out, maintain a creamy uniform consistency and be soft and almost powdery on the skin without any grainy or sticky feeling left on the skin.
